Information Technology Project Manager
Hengli America Corporation is hiring a full-time Information Technology Project Manager.
Job Duties：
Research and advise on industry current outlook, best practices, innovation projects;
Perform responsibilities of defining and planning project scope, goals and deliverables utilizing agile methods as well as project-related tasks and required resources necessary for each project and identifies dependencies, risks and impediments;
Manage project resources including securing work efforts and accountable deliverables;
Coordinate with project team to negotiate for resource usage, budget, delivery timelines, prioritization as well as any potential risks, establish mitigation and contingency plans to deal with the risks;
Manage project team by creating project schedule and timeline as well as tracking and implementing project and task progress, milestones and phase objectives using appropriate project management software;
Provide prompt support and direction to team members, monitor project and report progress as well as any problems and solutions based on business needs to senior management in a timely manner, including status, escalations, financials, etc.;
Evaluate and assess result of project post-launch and implement process changes to improve project management practices.
Supervise Business Intelligence Analysts and Logistics Analysts.
Job Requirements:

Education Required: Master’s
Experience: 2 Year
Master's Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, IT Management, or other related fields. Must have Two years’ experience as an Information Technology Project Manager, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Analyst, Logistics Analyst or other related position. Must have knowledge in MS Office Suite of products including MS Word, Excel, Access, etc; Proficient in leveraging reporting/data visualization tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI; Project Management experience.
